Hi Amanda,

What version of EndNote are you running? I tried this same thing with
EndNote and didn't have any problems...it created the file, with the
appropriate line, and just left out the label if there was none in the
EndNote record. But I'm running EndNote X1, with fairly recent updates
to my export filters and things. It would be helpful for those of us
who support Citeline to know which versions of EndNote are uncooperative.

Also, a suggestion you might try instead of entering labels for each of
your 400 references would be to get any updated output styles. These
are all available on the EndNote site at
http://www.endnote.com/support/ensupport.asp, and a quick glance tells
me that the most recent BibTeX output style was uploaded in April 2008.
There's also a link on that page that's just for working with EndNote
and BibTeX (the one for "BibTeX Conversion Tools"), so you might want to
have a look at that, too.
