In Zotero I put it into the URL field, and that's where it shows up in
the exported BibTeX file.

 Since I can upload directly from Zotero I don't know how that
is being mapped into BibTeX, but clearly there is a way...

I think this is just a question of where the link goes in the BibTex,
and what your practices are.
