Citeline and non-ASCII character -- Is it possible?

Good morning,

I am giving Citeline a second try and testing it with different encodings and couldn't find any sure alternative to deal with diacriticals in author names. The bibtex file was originally encoded in UTF-8, then converted to ISO8859-1, the to ASCII with TeX encoded diacritical. Even the latter failed to display correctly in Citeline. Here is the link:

Is there any other way of supplying references to Citeline?

Thanks in advance for your help
