You mean something like IsaViz [1]? (reads RDF/XML, NTriples, N3, and
replaces - if asked to - resource URIs by their rdfs:label property
value if specified)

RDFAuthor [2] might also support N3, but I'm not sure about that (I'm
assuming it does because the underlying Jena RDF lib supports N3).
