We do (or at least did) have this in the vocabulary. IIRC it's called
fresnel:label (or at least there is label in it, Chris or Ryan will know
better) and takes a URI reference (indicating a property) as the
property value to be considered as the label.
We also have a fallback mechanism that looks for dc:title and rdfs:label
in case no such property is specified.
