Last Week:
- released solvent
- added solvent to the graphical history page
- fixed encoding issues with longwell2, semantic bank and piggy bank
- allowed semantic bank to receive files uploaded in both N3 and
RDF/XML format
- defaulted piggy bank now to RDF/XML to avoid some encoding/parsing
issues in the N3 vs. turtle differences
- made the Piggy Bank upload system a little more solid and give
feedback to users in case the upload operation fails
- optimized some inner workings of piggy bank that generated a lot of
memory garbage for no reason
- updated to java 1.5 on a mac and started to use visualgc 3.0 (free
garbage collection monitoring tool from sun) to see where the problem
are [didn't find anything out of line so far]
- fixed the RSS file on simile that had broken URIs (weird that the
feed validator didn't complain about it) thanks to one of our users for
reporting
- helped a number of power users getting abusing our tools
- worked with Paolo on the design for an incremental forward chaining
minimal rule engine (codename Ruler)
- worked with David and Ryan on preparing for the ISWC bank
This week:
- release a new version of Piggy Bank and Semantic Bank
- help David and Ryan on the ISWC bank
- help David prepare and clean up the talk for ISWC
