Semantic Bank Delete doesn't always delete

I have several items in my installation of Semantic Bank that I can't seem to delete via the Semantic Bank UI's delete button. Are other folks having difficulty deleting items in their instances of SB? Any advice on why an object might not be deleted, or how I might debug the problem?

Eric Miller identified an issue re: Delete (http://simile.mit.edu/issues/browse/SEMBANK-1 <http://simile.mit.edu/issues/browse/SEMBANK-1> ). Are there general issues re: delete not working in all cases? The situation he describes is not indicative of my case - I did not add a modified version of the deleted resource back into my instance of Semantic Bank.
