We should try and organise something along these lines. I'd suggest a
good starting point would be to:

a. itemise a list of candidate datasets, and for each some
representative queries

b. a matrix of configurations to test (e.g. Jena-MySQL, Jena-Derby,
Sesame-InMemory, etc)

 From there we ought to be able to progress to building some
open test harnesses.
