Why does Piggy Penny ignores capital RDF file types?

Is it just me or is it that the Piggy Penny, usually displayed in the
lower-right browser frame of Mozilla's Firefox, won't show when a RDF-file
is typed as '.RDF' instead of '.rdf'?

Note: The RDF-text is always displayed in the MF-browser and I'm always able
to feed Semantic Bank with the files without problems.
