I'm currently a Research Scientist in the Digital Library Research Group at the MIT Libraries.

In a previous life, I was the original author and main architect of the Apache Cocoon XML publishing framework.
Before that, I was one of the principal developers and release manager for the (now retired) Apache JServ servlet engine.
