[admin] simile server down friday Jan 14, 7:30am-10:00am

Due to some repairs to the air conditioner in the server room, we have
been asked to reduce the head in the server room to the MIT-essential
equipment and I volunteered to take down the simile server since it's
not that critical during those hours.
