I couldn't have summarised it better. There's no way that having one
camelcase, one lowercase and one 'alternative but exactly the same'
name is a good way to specify an ontology (and as you pointed out,
they're still in testing). The vcard ontology for names was the only
one that came remotely close to usable (even if their capitalisation
is a bit unnecessary).

Impossible (as far as bio/med publications are concerned, anyway).
