I have not yet tested the code on firefox, I've always been using
deerpark for the trunk, so you might want to try that instead for now.
Anyway, in order to remove piggybank, open a console, and run firefox in
safe mode
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
that will allow you to remove piggybank from the extension window.
