User comments for extended notes

Hi,

I just wanted to see if any development were occurring on a few ideas I had
related to PiggyBank/Semantic Bank, and if not, pass on the idea...Here's
the first...

Tags are wonderful, but I think it would be great to also have a
user-generatable comments field as well, in order to allow for more
extensive notes pertaining to a particular record.
