It looks like the version of SemanticBank you have thinks that the
uploaded data format is N3 while PiggyBank actually uses RDF/XML. Could
you check out the latest Semantic Bank's code from our repository and
see if that helps? You can put some tracing code in
edu.mit.simile.semanticBank.servlet.UploadCommand.execute() to see if
the format is "rdfxml".
