Yes and no. Drupal is above all a *content* management system, whereas
Semantic Web technologies are dealing with more generalised *data*
(which includes content).
The immediate priorities for content management almost certainly
aren't in line with those of data management on the web, but longer
term I think the two will become increasingly coherent.
