I can only speak for Longwell2. When I wrote it, it wasn't apparent to
me how to get Sesame 1.2 to use Lucene. Maybe that capability was
already there; I just didn't see it.

In any case, Sesame 2 should make this easier to implement, though I
haven't had a chance to look into it.
