Hello Patrik,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
This is a known issue with Velocity that does not actually block
Semantic Bank from running. There should be no obstacle to viewing and
using your bank or running subsequent commands to load the
configurations and facades directories.

If there is another problem, please supply your version of Semantic Bank
as well as a description of what you were expecting and why SB didn't
match your expectations.
