no activate/de-activate button for saved screen scrapers

Hi, all:

I have trying the screen scrapers feature in Piggy Bank(2.1.1) with
FF 1.5.0.1 on Mac OS X (10.4.4). I've been able to install and use
screen scrapers successfully last time. Today, I reinstalled my FF
and later Piggy Bank. However, I couldn't see the activate/de-
activate "gears" button after I saved screen scraper. I've attached a
screen shot here.

Any suggestions?
